In the movie, "Wall-E", the author tried to portray different images. He used animated robots to show how he saw the world in future references. There will be no humans at all and there won't be anything left but technology and a little source of life.
The author used trash to make skyscrappers. The skyscrappers were used to symbolize how important sky scrappers were to them. They did this to show that what we built was trash. No one really cares about skyscrappers. In fact the only reason we like them is because they are very tall and important. Although most people think they are beautiful, others prefer to look at them as trash. Take the author for example.
Another thing that caught my attention was the money laying around. It seemed to me that the money was laying on the ground because it had no value anymore. There weren't any people around, so the money and the store had no purpose. Also, another reason I felt like the author did this is because money isn't really important. Money/Bills are just a piece of paper. We trade food and clothing for just a piece of paper.
I also felt as if the author tried to send a message by having the advertisement. There weren't any humans there so, I found that ironic that he would make signs with advertisement. Another thing that is similar to the advertisement was the signs that said "Buying Large". There were even buildings that had it on there.
In the movie they had a new robot named Eve. She was like a new form of technolgy. She had different gadgets and was a lot smarter than Wall-E. Although she was very cautious of her surroundings she turned out to feel comfortable with Wall-E being around. Wall-E showed her some of his household items and how the work. Eve, however knew how to work the lighter. She showed Wall-E what they were used for and how they were used. She was'nt the only robot of her kind. In fact there was a space ship full of them.
I think the author did a great job. From the part in the movie where we saw the "Trashy" Skyscrappers to the money lying on the ground, I feel he showed exactly how unimportant all of it was to him. So, I really like the movie and the way he explained things in a different way.
